Sweet Korean aloe tea. Very interesting. Very unexpected. Going to search for it.
Tea over a conversation about low points. Sometimes you wonder how many of these points we can take before we snap. But I also wonder how many of these points are self-defined. It is hard to say – no two people ever tread the same path. Even if the paths may sweetly cross for a season or two. I read somewhere, “Don’t get upset with the other person. You do not know what trouble he has come from, or what tragedy he is rushing towards.”
In any case, seek positive closure always. The lingering effect otherwise isn’t worth it. And you never know – you may never get another chance at reconciliation. The Bible says we are like grass (Ps 103). Here today, gone tomorrow. The time we have with each other, for better or worse, is simply too short.
In that short time, take time to enjoy some sweet Korean aloe tea.
