Final class

We went outdoors! Kinda. The courtyard’s very pretty – and nicely shaded. Only bad thing was that it was relatively bare.

Each of us had to choose something to draw. Compose our own shot.

Some of my classmates did beautifully. Some quite hardcore too – got the 90 pastel chalks set, even the formidable-looking ‘treasure chest’ tiered case to go with it! Wow, see-rye-ious… Since this was the week Teacher would be selecting pieces for exhibition, a few classmates also pre-prepared a piece at home during the week, and brought them to class. Could sense their anxiety. Me, I didn’t even bother to finish up the one we did in class last Saturday :p

Particularly liked one elderly gentleman’s style. He used little circular motions to fill up the canvas, so it had a bit of a Picasso effect. Liked that. Another lady did wintery tree branches very nicely. These people are seriously good!!

Last class, so JAA and I wanted to make sure we could keep in touch in different ways. She’s so funny. “Facebook? Yah… so many people, you Accept, Accept, Accept… It’s like a garden. There are flowers and there is grass. Like life. Not perfect. So you welcome, and you Accept, Accept, Accept…” 🙂

Thanks JAA for being a flower 🙂
