Tonight I re-learnt an important lesson:
Do what only you can do.
Read in one way, it also means that it’s good to know what your unique non-talents are! :p
Here’s the story…
I think I’m in a felt phase. Not sure why. Maybe a degree of restlessness. Plus, haven’t played much with felt.
So I bought some felt today. After 2-3 hours of browsing through really beautiful felt stuff people have made, I had to try too.
Ended up spending the whole day on the project!! :p
(You see, I can’t remember the last time I picked up a needle to do anything…)
Poor A had to suffer my trivial thoughts about the design (or lack of).
But it’s a bit hard to tell from the picture. Is it sun and cloud? 🙂
Yes! Phew. I started doing, then got stuck… How about this instead?…
Change to landscape orientation? I actually might prefer the other ribbon… But something’s not quite ‘right’…
Urgh. Sewn down, orientation can’t change 😦
Oops. How about raindrops instead of ribbon?… Rain might fit better than ribbon.
Sigh. It’s true – easier to just buy.
Noooo, you will like it when it’s done!…
Ok. I will do rain. I like rain 🙂
Maybe can do two if both nice!
Kidding right? This one taking me the whole day LOL
Repeat mah! Faster 2nd time!… …
In a funny way… a quirky way 🙂
I can’t be doing this often. Crazy.
But I have leftover felt. Haha.
Let’s see what nonsense happens next.
